Core Blocks

My Entry for the CREATE / Core Values Contest.

I thought that dA is built on blocks, values or however you want to call it. The 6 main things are:

_Community
I think it's clear that dA wouldn't be anything without the Community, cause who should upload, comment, flame and whatever if not them?

_Respect
Would there be this much kinds of deviants from all around the world if we wouldn't show respect to each other? I think it's incredibly important to see everybodys individuality and respect everyones thoughts to keep this page a nice place to be.

_Excellence
What would we do without all that brilliant Pictures, Films or Writings we find here everyday?

_Artists
We're all here because we're interested in some kind of art, so we're all artists who are, who doesn't know that, kinda weird from time to time.

_Trust
We (should) build trust among everyone by being true to ourself and the world

_Empower
We believe in a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, and maintaining open, positive communication that encourages and fosters creative genius.
